I like Beamer. He is young, dedicated and enthusiastic. I think his optimism rubs off on his players. Both Tennessee and Clemson will have the USCe game circled. Hopefully, the Dawgs won't be complacent when they play the Beamer ballers. The Gamecocks obviously have a knack for catching teams off guard.

Bobo is good. Monken was great. While Bobo may not have worried in the past about winning in the trenches, we have a head coach that is very aware of games being won or lost in the trenches. Stafford did improve at Georgia. Stafford will (and has purportedly) also let future QB recruit Dylan Raiola know that Bobo is a capable OC and QB coach. Bobo is probably a better recruiter than Monken.

You need to read Robert Caro's biography of LBJ. One of the best biographies ever written and it also is a great history lesson of that era. LBJ was responsible for passing the most important civil rights legislation ever. He was complicated and certainly had enormous faults but your criticism is not accurate.

Monken has said that he likes winning . . . there's no better place to do that than Georgia right now. He also said he likes how Kirby runs things. With a big pay increase and a lot of wins with next year's schedule, maybe we'll get at least one more year (and hopefully many more) of Monken.

Glad Georgia didn't think that when they hired Kirby Smart.

Wow. Don't know what Texas A&M was thinking with the JimbLLLLo Fisher contract. Maybe they can agree with Saban that he bought players and fire him for cause without a buyout.
