You mean the 2 years they were in the conference at the same time? That "rivalry" was mostly when Boise was in the WAC and TCU was in MWC.
In Texas, we call them "T-Shirt Fans." As in, the closest 80% of UT fans ever get to going to UT is buying a Longhorn t-shirt at Wal-Mart.
