Not sure of the point that you are trying to make with the Qb's that you listed. Haskins is a once traded backup in Pittsburg may be out of the league soon. Dornald traded to the Panthers and probably won't start there and Wentz traded to Indy because he got beat out by Hurts. Two of these may not make the team this year. In my opinion comparing Tebow to them proves the point.
No Tebow is out of the NFL because he had less than a 48% completion record.
