I’m a diehard Bama fan (have been since the early ’60’s) and I don’t remember the Tide ever winning a game considering the disparity of results against common opponents like this year. With age comes a little bit of clarity and less emotion. Having said that, I don’t bet, but if I did I would take this UGA team and comfortably give 17 points. Bama hasn’t an O line this weak since Saban’s first year. I’m not sure if it’s a sudden drop off in talent or coaching, but I would certainly be thinking about a replacement for Marrone. My primary concern is about Young getting injured in this game, because you can bet UGA’s defense is pinning their ears back on the Tide’s O line.

I hope Young is all he’s cracked up to be, but 5 stars isn’t always a guarantee. Anyone remember the 5-star Jalen beat out??? Not many, I’d wager.
