nix was probably the worse qb in the sec, he had his moments but everytime he stepped on the field he was at least the 2nd best qb on the field. nix is a good athlete, he will never make it in the nfl as a qb, maybe safety??
au had no choice, they had to keep Harsin. harsin cannot recruit, he may be a good coach but au will only continue the downward spiral. they may win 3-5 games this year & could possibly lose against every sec school. When the SEC brings in OK & TX, AL & AU go to the east.au cannot recruit with Bama, GA, FL. the family bs will no longer work & with the nil program, au will never be able to compete with the big boys. They better get used to being a basketball school, at least until pearl gets kicked out of town
a few weeks ago I was worried, still little concerned but the last 2 games the def pass rush has drastically improved. Saban always comes up with something extra for lsu & this week will be no different. I do not believe Tua will be his normal self but the Tide will run & that will open the pass. Alabama 34 LSU 24

W, I agree, there are many unanswered questions and many die-hard fans are just wishful thinking or dreaming
I like the fact that there are several SEC teams but just the fact that there is this many. They will beat up on each other and that will hurt all the teams.
Au will not be as good as expected, teams to watch out for, TN, AR. FL.
Ole Ms, Ms St, LSU, TX A & M , AL all will be very good in the West.
GA, TN, SC, MO will be the teams in the East division but watch out for the Gators, they will be at least 1 or 2 major upsets this year and the next couple of years the Gators will be a force to reckon with.
GA, AL will be the teams to beat, not taking anything from any other schools, they are the best in their divisions.
FL will be up and coming and much improved, Muscahmp is not a head coach and will make some improvements with Au's defense but you still have to have the players and they do not at this time. Louisville will beat them.
AR could be the surprise team this year, loaded at running back, will be very tough on all teams. TN also will be much improved, the SEC is a very good conference, schedule, injuries and just plain luck could e a deciding factor. Good luck to all,
