@littlebear Years of disappointment and mediocrity can make fans of any team bitter. CBJ, with all the faults and all the coach speak, is the best option the Vols have. I'm still having nightmares about that awful game against Florida, but I still have hope the Vols can bring back the glory days. It's better not only for the SEC, but college football as a whole. We are still one of the winningest programs in history. Sometimes it takes a little perspective, but a knee jerk reaction is not the right approach. The fact is, no one was even talking about Tennessee a couple years ago and now they're all over the news (maybe not for the best reason, but hey); at least the team has external expectations.
