Oh Yeah, and he was a true freshman so not too shabby

We played him last year in Week 2 and on the first drive he had probably 5 or 6 catches but the defensive back guarding him was 5'7 150, we then decided to put our bigger, more athletic Corner on him, 6'1 190, and he preceded to get pressed by him and he was getting bodied, i mean thrown out of bounds. The kid couldnt get off the line. He only had 1 more catch he whole game and it was when our guy was playing 6 yards off in cover 2 and it was a 50 yard touchdown completion, but the kid did show he was fast, and he also did an exceptional job at Corner for Oak Ridge.

Well, considering he only started 10 games, had guys like JRM taking most of the tackles away, along with the defensive line, and UT had many teams pass against them more often then not because our secondary was a much easier target.

Please Ignore Dooley Noted. Everything he stated was idiotic, but I do have to say the linebacker corp at UT is very strong starting with the leadership of JRM and just that alone makes players like Kirkland, Sapp, and even Colton Jumper, former walk-on, much better players.

Their is a lot of good talent in east tennessee its just nobody gets any recognition over here.
