The top three teams at the end of the season should be rewarded. The number 4 spot should be a play-in, with teams 4,5,6,7 in a play-off.

If there is a shorter season, would this be the time for an expansion of the playoff system? I think the Power 5 will be able to play most if not all but we have many weeks to go so we will see.
