I would say that he's very much organized and has a plan for the team AFan. I understand it's early in the process and there has not been a game played but time will tell. I also believe that the time at Bama there was a lot of information and learning from coach Saban.

Really don't know much about the nil,but it seems to be a HUGE problem.
