Bama fan since I was born in 1959. Dad went to Bama in late 40s. Grew up in 60s and 70s when Bama was great, but the tradition began when Bama won their first NC in 1926. Wade Wallace was the first great Bama coach, then Frank Thomas, Bear Bryant, Gene Stallins and Nick Saban. What a tradition.

I like Bama in the #2 spot. That's where we were when we won NCs against LSU in 2011, Notre Dame in 2012 and against Clemson last year. It was where we were in 1992 against Miami. Seems we never make it when we're in the #1 position. So, let Cards be number one.

Love Derrick Henry. Kept up with him from late in his hs career to when he signed with Bama, enrolled early, played on special teams his first year, then behind Yeldon last year and now. What a class act. He never shows out too much. Just quiet, respectful and effective. Unselfish and great blocker when he's not running the ball and blowing past the other team. I wish him all the success after he leaves Bama and goes pro. No one deserves it more. Roll Tide!!!
