I go way, way back....

I agree -- not thinking outside the box, it seems!
I don't understand why these guys are willing to share this information when they could make a fortune placing these bets in Vegas! ;>)
No one is rating him high, just looking better. Anyway, it's a team game. It's all about the scoreboard, not the QB.
Beauty is as beauty does. As always, the proof is in the pudding. There's no excitement in certainty. The season is all about the risk of playing the games. Risk is what makes it sport! All in, and play your cards!
Mizzou has proved again and again -- even dating to the "Upset Champs" of the '70s -- that ratings are WAY overrated. Let's do it again!
How can people who think that "Poontang" is the capital of Vietnam, or that "Cunnilingus" is the founder and president of an Irish airline, make fun of anyone?
Teams play differently every week, according to a number of variables -- personnel matchups, people dinged up, and just the vagaries of the individual performance (up days, down days). So, often it's really meaningless to attempt to compare team strength on any basis. "That's why they play the games."
Yes, indeed! Tigers vs. Wildcats...the fur should fly! The entire SEC season is fun to watch!
My guess is that success this season will depend on Mauk and his receivers greatly exceeding expectations. The SEC "smart money" would bet against it, but then the SEC "smart money" always bets against Mizzou. As in all seasons, we'll see....
Oprah says? Next tell me what Bugs Bunny says....
Kellen Winslow was horribly underused at Mizzou, almost exclusively as a blocker. They threw to him only goal-to-go situations. The Chargers showed how to use him at full throttle!
Thanks to SEC rivals for tooting Mizzou's horn. Time will tell. Historically, Mizzou has done very well as unheralded underdog. Motivation! :)
"Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." The football moral: don't get fooled by sideline signals. I think you have to be naïve to even live in Kansas to start with. ;>)
Ah, yes! Humidity! Don't think that's not important! High humidity makes the pigskin slippery, so the stickiness index of each QB's hands comes into play. Now, where did I put my stickiness-index data sheets....?
It's always a good day when the Okies get rolled. :>)
According to my calculations, it's 79.237...
Maybe. In that case, we'll look for you in the losers bracket.
How come nobody's using the word "struggled" with Auburn?
I doubt that Auburn will be the West champions. K-State dropped a TD pass and missed 3 field goals; they beat themselves.
When you only recruit offense, then you get no defense. Too complicated for the West Texas mind, I guess.
Let's just say that idiots use modern technology in idiotic ways.
As I recall, the second-longest streak is something like 27 games. Don't remember who. It's a big gap! :>)
It's good to have immunity to things "going viral". That stuff's for nitwits.
I grew up in Kansas City, Missouri. We never said "Missour-uh" -- always "Missour-ee".
"Indiana is a poor man's Missouri." Spare us the apples and oranges crap.
