FSU won against a 5 win UF team fielding a backup QB with his first collegiate start by less than 2 scores. Don't try to spin it like they took down a Tebow or even Trask led team.
Yeah but the gators beat utah last season because no one was prepared for ar and how he would be used last season, after that game film existed on him. Some teams were then able to scheme around his obvious deficiencies. This seasons win against UT is different because no one was surprised by UFs game plan, they just couldn't stop it.
LSU also has players having gang bangs with staff members, so...let's revisit their early success at a later date.
Yeah but a 50/50 shot is as good as it gets. Also theres only one UF recruited QB above him in rating that didn't leave cfb with a championship and only two that didn't win heismans
Kirby inherited a program that was good, not great and just couldn't get over the hump. Napier is rebuilding something that fell apart before he got there.
Idk about rotating the hot hand, earlier in the season he was pretty bad at it, splitting carries between 3 backs 1 of which was mostly ineffective, but towards the back half of the season he seemed to stick with RB at times a whole lot more
I'll be interested to see if UGA can win championships if muschamp bolts for a different gig
He limited mistakes by a great deal in the later half of the season, but he's yet to increase his good decisions
Dawgs fans, always so humble after finally being a good team after 40 years of irrelevancy
At least you got to see a guy poop his pants in person
Also the targeting on Pearsall earlier in the game. That's a third of the field in penalties along with an ejected player. Definitely game changing missed calls.
It's mostly just a handful of trolls and kneejerk fans calling for Napier's head. Anyone who's objectively watched this team knows outside of Miller, there isn't a single player on this team that has performed consistently well that wasn't recruited or transferred in by Napier. Once a season or 2 has passed and the carryovers for the last regime are mostly gone, you'll get a true assessment of what Napier can do for better or worse.
Go drown your sorrows in corn dogs. At least you'll always have fambely
They're storming the field because a lot of kids saw the UT fans go viral on TikTok and other places. Now everyone wants their moment
Brian Kelly ended the conference with the following comment: "I shore is proud uv my team, theys my fambley. We goin to get sum jambalaya and gumbo into these here boys just like mama used ta do for me when I was lil'n. They gonna be gonna as gold afta that, I guar-run-tee!"
Lol he's in his first year and lost by a score to an 8 win team that beat the sec west champs. How about at least give him 2 seasons
It's literally the school tradition. Kind of like barking and growling like a brain damaged special needs child every time you get a first down
Because they beat the number 1 team in the country, something your team couldn't do
Closest thing lsu has to a rivalry would be bama or UF imo
Figured it was only a matter of time after his brother decommited. Best of luck to him
Considering starting the season he seemed unable to not throw picks along with being an indecisive runner, the answer is yes. He will transform into a generational player next season, just wait.
Imagine having a 5 star QB and having to rely on your kicker for touchdowns
It's a little early for that call, lot of people made the same types of predictions about teams like Clemson and UF during their recent runs only to watch them come undone a short time later.
Probably because stetson is a great QB on a great team who doesn't exactly create huge highlights like other QBs but does everything right and rarely does anything wrong. It's easier for a player like that to become overshadowed by being a piece of a puzzle rather than one that elevates the rest of the team above their ability.
Agreed. A couple back to back seasons of amazing football doesn't indicate an Alabama level dynasty. Florida and Clemson both had their dominant runs, now look at their current teams.
Also ole miss which is 1 of only 2, 1-loss SEC teams is full of transfer portal players
