Ruggs just ran 10.42 this past weekend with no wind reading. Currently the fastest time in Alabama for 2017 with the 2nd fastest being a wind-legal 10.59. In terms of the 10.7 being a 4.45...I disagree as most most guys that can run a sub 11.0 FAT 100m are capable of running sub 4.4 [at least hand-time]. There are NOT many SEC DBs that can run sub 11.00......perhaps 1-2 per team, 3 max. Take a look at the most recent guys at the NFL Combine that have run in the 4.2-4.3 range and most of those guys are high 10.4x-10.9x guys over 100m.
