I am a Penn State fan and Buckeye fan second. I really do not know if PSU would beat Alabama but feel could beat other three as it stands now. My oldest is almost live die with Bucks and even brought up first year of playoffs and way they explained Baylor and TCU couldn't get in and now they have a team without a conference title in this year as it stands now. Justification now is a committee member said there is no way to compare OSU with PSU as Bucks r way above PSU. So if this is the case then why have conference title matter for SH--? Apparently their rules will and now have been shown to mean absolutely nothing. U shouldn't be able to change with the weather, a rule is a rule unless u change before the season, I feel. I am thrilled to heck PSU did what they did this year and OSU did win against a little better SOS Strength of schedule, but DID NOT WIN THEIR CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP. PERIOD !!! So next year it will be interesting to see what RULES R CHANGED. One last thing . The committee also wants teams that will bring a boat load of fans to the games so they can make, what else, $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
