Respect 4 Nick Saban

I am a former college and professional basketball player I highly respect Nick Saban and I love his coaching style because he demonstrates his love for his players in the way he disciplines everyone so they can become the most successful as possible. His purposeful preparation is an example for all of us to replicate in order to be our best in whatever we do in life. I only wish I had a coach like Nick Saban Hey Coach I'm 55 yrs old and a decent golfer at 7 feet tall. I would really like to play a round of golf with you sometime.

I Highly respect Coach Saban but I am not confident BoB is the right fit for the program. I would prefer Tom Herman from Texas. It's possibly funny that the 2 coaches would switch jobs but Herman is a VERY good offensive coach, and under Coach Nick Saban he could learn how to be a much better head coach in the future. I would just LOVE for Alabama to hire an OC that gets a 2+4 year contract, so they are forced to remain the OC hopefully get the guy that can remain for years to come and then take over the program once Nick decides to retire (which I hope is many many years from now) I am just tired of coaches leaving Coach Saban to take Head coaching jobs elsewhere. If they do they should be contractually obligated to coach outside the SEC. It stinks for Coach Saban to train an assistant coach up and then have to play and recruit against them in the same conference. Can't they require assistants to sign a non-compete agreement?
I agree !! And I don't think it has been mentioned nearly enough, that the reason Alabama football team did not have many Covid-19 issues is a direct result of the Discipline Coach Saban has in his football program. I am sure the schools in which had repeated infections is simply a byproduct of an loosely managed program. These programs will always reap what they have sown. Thanks Coach Saban for all the extra efforts you and your staff made this year to keep your troops safe and protected. You always earn what you sacrifice. Congrats John of NC
