Surprisingly, Bo Wallace being the most statistically proficient passer is the hardest thing to believe in this list. He'll have a good year, but 'statistically proficient' is not the phrase to use for him. He throws too many picks for that label. He also only threw 18 TDs last year so jumping to 30 would be pretty unusual.
