Seth McLaughlin talks bad snaps, Alabama fans and why he transferred to Ohio State
All quarterbacks don't have prior experience playing shortstop in baseball. The guy continually screwed up just like Cade Foster in the 2013 Kick 6 game when he was 0-3 in FG attempts. He makes just one there is no last second kick.
Well, well, well! Hope OSU's QB plays SS on the baseball team.
Bama players are talking too much.. I'm concerned about their focus.
Surprising that Jalen didn't transfer after his Freshman year, knowing that O'Brien was going to be OC the next year. Lucky for us Tide fans that he didn't.
Seems like the SEC East has had a lot of coaching turnover in past few year also; only Georgia and Kentucky stable.
Don’t see how this is bullying the media. Finebaum comments negatively on everything Saban does or says in effort to be relevant.
Paul Finebaum is one of these people who never accomplished anything in life except running his mouth and criticizing, second-guessing people who really did something. His jealously and eagerness to add his two cents worth (highly over valued) to any negativeness toward real doers is a sight to behold. He has never walked the walk, so he should should shut up with the talk.
Paul Finebaum takes the temperature of Alabama’s QB situation, reacts to Georgia’s NFL Draft success
UGa 55-25 under one head coach in six years prior to Kirby. UA 43-32 under two head coaches in six years b/4 GOAT. Also UA under penalty for text book violations; created six vacated victories in Saban's first year. If you include UA vacated victories in prior six years, record is changed to 27-32. You tell me, who inherited the worst situation?

Georgia record 2011-2016 vs. Alabama 2001-2006. Stability of UGA program vs. UA 2001-2006. All these comparisons are so much BS. Both Nick and Kirby are great coaches. To say Kirby was responsible for Nick's success is about as big a stretch as one can imagine. It's much more reasonable to credit Kirby's success to his opportunity to learn from the true GOAT for several years!!!
It’s even more amazing, that after all this time and after being fully vindicated by investigation, that an article cannot be written giving this young man the credit he has earned without besmirching him with reminders of what should be a closed situation as far as he is personally concerned.
Lots of people are dead...you didn't know that!!!

The only team that can beat 'Bama this year is 'Bama!
Finebaum,
Smart vs. SEC East, which is historically very close to ACC in football. T
Let me see; Bama loses by a field goal as time expires; Georgia survives as opponent misses field goal as time expires. Doesn't sound like more than a fraction to me.
Georgia has great team. Repeats less challenging playing in SEC East, similar to Clemson in ACC.
Ignorant and disgusting. Totally classless!
One play does not determine game outcome. However, 25 and 27 penalties for over a hundred yards in each game, many in game-changing situations, are indications of poor coaching, and not just at the assistant or coordinator level. Discipline, or lack thereof, is a symptom of head coach influence.
The deluge of penalties is a real indication that Saban has loosened his grip on the team's development. Perhaps he is somewhat distracted by all his outside interests.
In my opinion, he should influence Bryce Young to opt out of games and heal his body. Not being able to practice, even with an extra week to prepare resulted in 25 of 51 passes completed with a critical interception. If it's too risky for him to practice, it's definitely too risky for him to play.
His future is in NFL; no need for him to risk that future considering the RELATIVE lack of importance in Bama's remaining season. Milroe and Simpson can get some game experience, they are able to practice and can probably go 25 for 51.
Perhaps if Saban could be satisfied with $11m per year, forget these stupid AFL GOAT commercials and spend that time concentrating on fundamentals rules of play with his team, these penalties could be reduced. They totally fall on head coaches shoulders; no delegating tem to assistants
