I dont think it'll make a difference. IMG players know that the state of GA is full of prospects with great talent. The IMG players are most likely going to look elsewhere to play.

Georgia had a solid '16 class and have a lot of depth.
While Tn has depth, too, last season was rigged with injuries. His best bet is to come to Tn.
