Dan Mullen has added another assistant to his staff at Florida, and this time it is a coach that previously served as an assistant at an SEC East rival.

It was announced Friday evening that Charlton Warren, who served as the DB coach at Tennessee during 2017, was joining the Gators. Warren played at the Air Force Academy before going on to coach there after his playing career was over. He was a part of the staff at Air Force from 2005-13.

Warren has also served at Nebraska and North Carolina, but he spent 2017 as a part of Butch Jones’ staff in Knoxville. He also served as the Vols Special Teams Coordinator in addition to coaching DBs.
