Dan Mullen’s program has gotten off to a great start to the 2020 recruiting cycle but even the Gators get bad news from time to time on the recruiting trail.

That’s exactly what happened on Tuesday when four-star defensive end Kedrick Bingley-Jones announced he was decommitting from Florida. Bingley-Jones committed to the Gators back in July. He is rated as a four-star prospect and the No. 11 strongside defensive end in the nation by 247Sports Composite Rankings.

Following this news, Florida still has seven 2020 prospects committed to its class, which ranks among the best in the nation for the 2020 recruiting cycle. The Gators still hold pledges from five four-star prospects for 2020.
