Mark Stoops to reporter who said Florida isn't scary this year: 'You're crazy'
The Florida Gators have had the Kentucky Wildcats’ number the past three decades, and that’s putting it lightly.
For 30 years in a row, the Gators have emerged victorious from their annual game against the Wildcats, and current Kentucky coach Mark Stoops is well aware of that fact.
During a press conference on Monday, a reporter started a question by saying Florida’s 2017 squad doesn’t look as scary as Gator teams in years past, but Stoops put a quick stop to that line of thinking:
Stoops told Florida doesn't look as scary as they have in the past. "You're crazy," the UK boss said. "Don't put those words in my mouth."

At 3-0, Saturday’s game looms large for the Wildcats, who want to prove they’re a legitimate threat to win the SEC East division title.
Though the Gators have plenty of question marks this season, Stoops is right to give them credit and to not take them lightly.
The Wildcats will try to avoid their 31st-straight loss to the Gators on Saturday night at 7:30 p.m. Eastern time. The game can be seen on the SEC Network.
