Is reigning SEC East division winner Florida being overlooked heading into 2016?

Tennessee is dominating the talk of the East, while Georgia is also receiving buzz under first-year head coach Kirby Smart.

And then, there is Florida, who is quietly lurking in the shadows waiting to prove everyone wrong again under Jim McElwain.

Will the Gators be able to do that?

SEC Network analysts Jordan Rodgers and Marcus Spears broke the Gators’ schedule down, and the two analysts think Florida will finish 8-4 overall and 4-4 in the SEC, with wins against UMass, Kentucky, North Texas, Vanderbilt, Missouri, South Carolina, Presbyterian and Florida State.

The Tennessee showdown is the game everyone has circled, and the analysts think this is the year the Volunteers break the 11-game losing streak against the Gators.

Here are the game-by-game predictions:

Sep. 3 vs. UMass: Win
Sep. 10 vs. Kentucky: Win
Sep. 17 vs. North Texas: Win
Sep. 24 at Tennessee: Loss
Oct. 1 at Vanderbilt: Win
