Florida LB Jarrad Davis was questionable to play before today’s SEC Championship Game due to an injured ankle, but suited up and made the start for the Gators.

After holding the Alabama offense to a three-and-out on its first offensive possession of the day, Davis was amped on the sideline.

It’s certainly an emotional game for the Florida senior and, if he and the defense can help the Gators pull off the massive upset, it will be one of the best games of his life.

In the spirit of college football’s “next man up” mantra, hopefully the Gators have a backup whiteboard they can bring in to replace the one Davis destroyed.
