After testing positive for COVID-19 before the Christmas holiday, Georgia wide receiver George Pickens appears to be in the clear.

Pickens posted a photo to his Instagram account from an airport in South Florida, just days before the Bulldogs face Michigan in the College Football Playoff semifinal at the Orange Bowl. Here’s the photo as it appeared on his Instagram story on Monday evening:

Along with Pickens, quarterback JT Daniels had tested positive for COVID as well, but there was no word on his condition as of Monday evening.

As for Pickens, the Dawgs will stand to benefit from having him on the field against the Wolverines. After missing the bulk of the season with an ACL tear suffered in the spring, the junior recorded his first catch of the year against Georgia Tech. He then made 2 catches for 41 yards against Alabama in the SEC Championship Game in Atlanta a week later.

Georgia and Michigan kick off at 7:30 p.m. ET on Friday, with the game to be shown on ESPN.
