Georgia student’s mom calls into ‘Finebaum’ after seeing her daughter in audience instead of going to class
Consider this the college football version of “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off.” And who needs to explore the city when you’ve got “The Paul Finebaum Show” instead?
During a funny moment on Finebaum’s show on Friday, a parent of a Georgia student called in to tell the SEC Network host that she could see her daughter, who was skipping class, in the background behind Finebaum on the show’s set. Finebaum was hosting the show from Georgia’s campus ahead of Saturday’s game between Georgia and Texas A&M.
It was a humorous segment on the show, which can be watched below:

Did the student make the right decision?
Well, she was there to support the Bulldogs, who are ranked No. 4 in the College Football Playoff rankings and looking to maintain that position with a win over the Aggies.
And it’s surely not the first time something like this has happened. It’s not every Saturday that “The Paul Finebaum Show” shows up on campus.
Georgia and Texas A&M are set to kick off on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET on CBS. And this student won’t have to skip class to be there.
