Jake Fromm tweets appreciation for senior class after big win over Kentucky
Saturday was Senior Day for the Georgia Bulldogs, and what a senior class it is, led by star RBs Nick Chubb and Sony Michel.
In a fitting finale at Sanford Stadium, Chubb ran for two touchdowns and Michel added three more as the Bulldogs cruised to a 42-13 win over the Kentucky Wildcats.
Following the game, freshman QB Jake Fromm expressed his gratitude for the senior class and for what they’ve done for him so far this year:
Thankful to be apart of an incredible experience with these seniors and their last game in Sanford Stadium. Praise God for the win! #GoDawgs #KeepChopping

Fromm didn’t have the best day on Saturday, completing only nine of his 14 pass attempts for 123 yards, a touchdown and an interception. However, Fromm didn’t need to do much, because the senior class took care of the rest on both offense and defense.
The Bulldogs improved to 10-1 with the win and are still very much in the mix for a College Football Playoff spot, which would be a great accomplishment for a senior class that has done so much for Georgia football over the years.
