Georgia’s offense has started to pick up some serious momentum in recent weeks after scoring a combined 76 points against the defenses of Mississippi State and South Carolina.

While he doesn’t deserve all the credit for the team’s offensive turnaround, starting quarterback JT Daniels has been an instrumental member of the suddenly dangerous Georgia offense.

In his debut performance, Daniels threw for over 400 yards and four touchdowns in Georgia’s 31-24 win over Mississippi State. The following week, Georgia’s running game got going and the Bulldogs looked unstoppable at times against the Gamecocks in the team’s 45-16 win on the road.

Heading into a home game against Vanderbilt as a 35.5-point favorite, Georgia’s offense was poised to potentially have its best showing of the season, but unfortunately, we won’t have the opportunity to see the unit in action following the SEC’s decision to postpone the game.

If you missed the news, the SEC has rescheduled the Georgia-Vanderbilt game for Dec. 19. If Georgia advances to the 2020 SEC Championship Game, the Vandy game will be canceled.
