JT Daniels is finding success with his new program West Virginia. In the second quarter of the Backyard Brawl between No. 17 Pittsburgh and the Mountaineers, the former Georgia QB delivered a solid 10-yard corner touchdown pass to wide Bryce Ford-Wheaton.

That touchdown throw by Daniels helped put West Virginia up 7-3 over its non-conference rival in Pittsburgh.

Pittsburgh was able to tie things up 10-10, the score at the half. The game is airing on ESPN.

Daniels is playing for his third collegiate program after playing the past two seasons for Georgia. He entered the NCAA transfer portal after Stetson Bennett guided Georgia to a national championship.

Before arriving at the University of Georgia, Daniels spent his first two years of college football with the USC Trojans. In the four seasons at USC and Georgia, Daniels has completed 389-of-610 of his passes for 4,840 yards, 32 touchdowns, and 16 interceptions.
