Former 5-star and Cal WR Demetris Robertson has played three games for Georgia this year, but has yet to record a catch. He has had three carries for 97 yards and a touchdown, though.

However, lately he has been dealing with an undisclosed injury for the past few weeks, and it’s unclear when he’ll return.

On Tuesday, coach Kirby Smart discussed Robertson’s status, saying he is close to returning to the field:

The Georgia receiving corps has been playing well without Robertson, with guys like Terry Godwin, Mecole Hardman and Riley Ridley leading the way.

However, adding Robertson back into the mix would only help the Dawgs and their offense, so it’ll be interesting to see how he’s used if he returns to the field soon.
