The Georgia Bulldogs’ defense has played pretty well this year, leading the team to a 3-0 start.

However, they face a really tough test this weekend as the 3-0 Mississippi State Bulldogs come to town. Fortunately for UGA, coach Kirby Smart said on Tuesday that the defensive line should get a depth boost.

According to 247Sports, sophomore DL Tyler Clark should be ready to play after missing last week’s game with an undisclosed injury:

“He’s good to go. He should be cleared to play,” Smart said of Clark.

In two games this year, he has six tackles, one of which went for a loss. He had 21 tackles (1.5 for a loss) and half a sack as a freshman in 2016.

In a tough inter-division showdown, the Georgia defense will need all hands on deck.

Saturday night’s game kicks off at 7 p.m. Eastern time and can be seen on ESPN.
