Georgia may already have the nation’s top-ranked recruiting but that doesn’t mean Kirby Smart and company are slowing down on the recruiting trail. The Dawgs are set to host one of the top uncommitted prospects in the nation this weekend in five-star defensive back Tyson Campbell.

Should he sign with Georgia, he’d be the seventh five-star prospect to do so in the 2018 recruiting cycle. The 6-foot-2, 180-pound Campbell is rated as the nation’s No. 3 cornerback and the No. 27 overall prospect in this class according to 247Sports Composite Rankings out of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Another good sign for the Bulldogs? It’s worth noting that the last nine Crystal Ball predictions for Campbell have all been for Georgia.

Campbell tweeted out news of his visit recently:

He got a pretty cool followup to that tweet from Sony Michel. It’s nice to see that even though the senior running back will be moving on from the program shortly, he’s still recruiting for the Dawgs. For what it’s worth, Campbell retweeted this tweet from Michel.
