Anyone who was skeptical of Nick Chubb’s speed before Sunday has now been proven wrong.

With the Cleveland Browns leading the Baltimore Ravens 24-18 in the fourth quarter, Baker Mayfield turned around and pitched it to Chubb on 1st and 15 hoping to eat up clock. Well, Chubb went untouched 88 yards to the house. He showed great speed and great vision on the house call. Running backs hardly ever get running room like this, and Chubb was the beneficiary of great blocking by the Browns.

The touchdown run was a backbreaker for the Ravens with only nine minutes left in the game. Chubb’s score put the Browns up 30-18. On the day, Chubb has carried 18 times for 165 yards and three touchdowns.

Watch this speed:

The Browns drafted Chubb in the second round of the 2018 NFL Draft.

During his rookie season, Chubb rushed for 996 yards and eight touchdowns.
