While Georgia’s running game got the majority of the credit for the team’s offensive success last season, the UGA receivers may have been the most underrated unit in the SEC. Led by a breakout performance from senior Javon Wims, the Bulldog receivers made big plays time and again when called upon all season.

Now with Wims off to the NFL, players like Mecole Hardman, Riley Ridley, Terry Godwin and Jeremiah Holloman will need to make up for losing the senior’s 2017 totals of 45 catches for 720 yards and seven scores. There’s plenty of talent left on the UGA roster to get it down, but that didn’t stop Wims from challenging the young Dawgs to make it happen.

Wims singled out Holloman in his message, as the true freshman didn’t see the field much in 2017 but may possess the most potential of any receiver on the UGA roster.

Here’s what Wims send out Monday afternoon:

Before making his way to draft events such as the NFL combine, Wims will be competing in the upcoming 2018 Senior Bowl.
