Top Georgia signee cleared to enroll? His trainer hints the answer is yes
Kirby Smart said Monday that he had no update on 4-star DE Robert Beal, one of two signees yet to enroll at Georgia.
“I don’t have any updates on Robert Beal or Devonte Wyatt — that’s still an ongoing process, and a lot of places across the country are experiencing the same thing, waiting on guys to qualify and get eligible,” Smart said at his press conference.
On Tuesday morning, Beal’s trainer hinted at big news on social media. Nathan O’Neal tweeted a photo with Beal and a note talking about a “battle,” tagging ESPN’s college football account and included a UGA hashtag.
It's been a battle! Go get what your worth! No one can take what God has for you! Good luck my brother. Love you man! #uga @ESPNCFB pic.twitter.com/5wXd6U16z1

A product of Peachtree Ridge in Suwanee, Ga., Beal was rated the No. 8 weak-side defensive end, No. 11 Georgia product and No. 108 recruit overall in the 2017 class by the 247Sports Composite.
Beal chose Georgia over 35 other offers, including Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, Florida, Kentucky, LSU, Ole Miss, South Carolina and Tennessee.
