The Georgia Bulldogs face a tough test this weekend when they travel to Columbia to take on star QB Drew Lock and the Missouri Tigers.

The Dawgs still should improve to 4-0, but they’ll need to be on their game defensively to limit the Tigers.

Coach Kirby Smart has nothing but respect for Lock, and on Tuesday, he compared Lock to two SEC legends — former Georgia QB Matthew Stafford and former Vanderbilt QB Jay Cutler (video courtesy of UGASports.com on YouTube):

“I hate comparing guys like that,” he started. “There’s arm strength [that’s] Stafford-like, Cutler,” Smart said. “Those were guys I had to coach against who had elite arm talent. He’s a good athlete as well, one of the better quarterbacks we’ll face. He’s in a league of his own.”

That’s some elite company for Lock, and based on his four-touchdown performance against Georgia last year, Smart and the Dawgs will have their hands full on Saturday.
