DJ Wagner earned co-MVP honors at the McDonald’s All-American Game for his performance on Wednesday night.
Wagner finished the game with 19 points and 3 assists. He shared MVP honors with Isaiah Collier, who is a USC signee.

Wagner signed with Kentucky back in November. He headlines an impressive 2023 recruiting class for Kentucky, which currently ranks No. 1 nationally per 247Sports Composite rankings.
Wagner chose Kentucky over Louisville, but he had offers from some of the top programs across the country. He’s ranked as the No. 3 overall player in the class of 2023, per 247Sports Composite rankings.
Listed at 6-foot-3, Wagner has good size for the guard position. He’s set to have a big role with the Wildcats next season with the expected departures of Sahvir Wheeler and Cason Wallace.
