It’s never too early to make plans, and with that in mind, Kentucky has added Chattanooga to its 2021 football schedule, according to the Mocs’ 2017 media guide.

The Wildcats will host Chattanooga at Kroger Field in Lexington on Nov. 20, 2021. It will be the first meeting between the schools.

Chattanooga is no stranger to SEC competition. The Mocs played at Alabama last season, losing 31-3, and dropped a 45-10 contest at Tennessee in 2014. They’ll play at LSU this season, and also have future contests scheduled with South Carolina and Tennessee.

For Kentucky, this is the first non-conference game scheduled in 2021. The Wildcats have future games scheduled against Eastern Michigan, Central Michigan, Murray State, Middle Tennessee, Toledo and UT-Martin, as well. Those are in addition, of course, to the annual rivalry game with Louisville.

Kentucky hosts Eastern Michigan, Eastern Kentucky and Louisville outside the SEC this year, and also will travel to Southern Miss in Week 1.
