The Kentucky Wildcats picked up perhaps the most-impressive victory of the weekend in the SEC, knocking off a ranked Mississippi State team in Lexington 28-7.

Star RB Benny Snell Jr. did all the scoring work, running for 165 yards and all four touchdowns for the Wildcats.

You know that was sweet for Snell because of all the trash talk that has been going on this week. In fact, even before the game, the Wildcats and Bulldogs were involved in a little skirmish.

After the win, Snell said it was the Mississippi State linebackers and defensive linemen doing the trash talking:

The Wildcats also took issue with the Bulldogs warming up on the 50-yard line of their home stadium.

It’s safe to say Snell and Kentucky got the last laugh, as they are now 4-0 and the Bulldogs fell to 3-1.
