The Buffalo Bills have signed former LSU wide receiver Malachi Dupre.

Dupre was recently released by the Green Bay Packers after being selected in the seventh round of the 2017 NFL Draft.

“Dupre reportedly had a strong start to the offseason, but he suffered a concussion and remained in concussion protocol for more than two weeks of the preseason,” a report from 247 Sports stated. “He had no targets on 37 snaps in the final preseason game.”

The former Tiger standout was signed to the Bills’ practice squad after the organization decided to release wide receiver Daikiel Shorts, according to a tweet from Bills beat reporter Matthew Fairburn.

Dupre had 41 catches for 593 yards to lead LSU in receiving as a junior last season. From 2014 to 2016, he racked up a total of 1,609 yards and 14 touchdown catches.
