Jerry Jones comments on rumors Cowboys are interested in signing Odell Beckham Jr.
There have been rumors that the Cowboys have interest in signing former LSU receiver and NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. for some time.
Owner Jerry Jones commented on the matter Tuesday morning on 105.3 The Fan, a local radio show, and it’s a pretty interesting hypothetical.
Cowboys owner Jerry Jones on @1053thefan on Odell Beckham Jr.: “Odell is someone that we have all the appreciation in the world for what he is as a competitor. I know the Cowboys star on that helmet when he puts it on could look pretty good.”

Beckham Jr. has been out since an injury he suffered in the Rams’ Super Bowl win last season. He is now a free agent and could provide a major boon to whichever team can score him, that is if his injury progresses as it should.
The Cowboys, for what it’s worth, have a strong team with an easy path to the playoffs. Add Beckham to the list of talent on the roster and Dallas could be dangerous.
