The LSU Tigers were shut out at home on Saturday night, falling to No. 1 Alabama 29-0.

However, with three games left in the regular season, the Tigers still have a lot to play for and some lofty goals within reach.

On Monday, QB Joe Burrow said LSU still has a real shot at a 10-2 record, which many would have thought was a great record at the start of the year:

Burrow added that a New Year’s 6 bowl game is probably the Tigers’ biggest goal at the moment, but said he and his teammates need to focus on what’s in front of them each day:

The Tigers travel to Arkansas on Saturday night, host Rice in Week 12 and then travel to Texas A&M — a team that hasn’t beaten the Tigers since joining the SEC — to close out the regular season.

As Burrow says, 10-2 is a real possibility still, and that would be pretty great for a team some thought would go 6-6 this fall.
