Joe Burrow gives incredible response to question about spoiling neutral-site AFC Championship Game
Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals upset the Buffalo Bills on Sunday afternoon, thwarting any potential plans for a neutral-site AFC Championship Game between the Bills and Chiefs next weekend.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, more than 50,000 tickets for a potential neutral-site game in Atlanta had already been sold. Instead, the Bengals will travel to Kansas City next weekend.
After the win over Buffalo, Burrow joked that the NFL will need to refund fans who bought tickets for a potential Chiefs-Bills showdown in Atlanta.
“Better send those refunds,” he said.

This will be Burrow’s 2nd straight trip to the AFC Championship Game with the Bengals. In 2022, he led Cincy to a win over Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium.
Kickoff next weekend is set for 6:30 p.m. ET.
