Louisiana congressman launches GoFundMe page to help pay LSU's fine for storming the field
The LSU Tigers were fined $100,000 for storming the field after a win over No. 2 Georgia on Saturday afternoon.
Now, it appears they may have some help paying that fine, and the leader of the effort to raise the money is a Louisiana congressman.
As you can see in the tweet below, congressman Garret Graves has launched a GoFundMe page to raise the money to cover the fine:

The campaign has already raised $975 as of Monday evening, which is a bit ridiculous.
The school isn’t asking fans to contribute, and those who were at the game already had to pay for tickets to get into the stadium. Let the congressman pay all he wants (his name wasn’t listed among the 57 donations), but for fans, hold onto your hard-earned money and let the school (happily) foot this bill.
