On Saturday night, the LSU Tigers suffered an embarrassing home loss to the Troy Trojans, falling 24-21 in Baton Rouge.

That led to head coach Ed Orgeron calling out offensive coordinator Matt Canada’s play selections, and now the in-fighting in the LSU program has continued.

According to The Advocate, sophomore LB Devin White — who leads the team in tackles — said the problem is that the Tigers aren’t preparing the way they need to be before the games:

“We need people to start studying more,” White said, “and knowing what’s going on.”

Defensive coordinator Dave Aranda’s unit was one of the best in the country last year, but it has been disappointing so far in 2017.

With SEC play resuming this week with a tough game at Florida, the Tigers need to get in the film room and make sure they are ready for the Gators’ powerful rushing attack.
