At the conclusion of every college football regular season, the transfer market becomes incredibly active.

Players will head for greener pastures — whether motivated by wanting to be closer to come, or needing a better opportunity when it comes to play time.

On Thursday, former LSU WR Jazz Ferguson became one of these players. Taking to Twitter, he announced his decision to transfer rom the program:

Ferguson played sparingly for LSU this past season. He caught two passes for 17 yards, and featured in seven games. He was suspended indefinitely by Ed Orgeron on Nov. 4 for a violation of team rules.

Ferguson had been a 4-star prospect in the 2015 class.
