LaCouture missed the entire season because of a knee injury he suffered during an August practice. He started 23 games for the Tigers during his career so far. He was expected to play primarily at end during the 2016 season, but he also has played the interior line spots during his career.
As The Advocate’s Ross Dellenger points out, LaCouture participated in LSU’s senior day because he wasn’t anticipating on applying for a redshirt.
Interesting.

We all know that new head coach Ed Orgeron is a great recruiter, and getting LaCouture to return for another season would help bolster the Tigers’ defensive line.
