Les Miles isn’t leaving Baton Rouge, but he’s at least moving out of his neighborhood.

Multiple reports out of Baton Rouge suggest that the former LSU coach and his wife Kathy are set to close on a sale of the home they’ve lived in since 2005. WBRZ reported that the house in the Bocage Lake neighborhood would be sold for “close to the list price” of $1.76 million. The sale closes next week.

The home in the gated neighborhood has six bedrooms, six bathrooms plus a half-bath in 5,535 square feet. There’s also a pool and a basketball court.

The Business Report magazine reported that the realtor on the deal said the Miles family “will continue to be based here.”

When the house was put up for sale, promotional descriptions said it has a “great floor plan with every room imaginable” and includes a slab granite in the kitchens, double ovens and warming drawer.

Bedrooms have private bathrooms and there is an outdoor living room featuring a large screened porch with a gas grill and double sink overlooking the pool.
