This could be a sight that LSU fans see a lot on Saturdays this fall.

Joe Burrow took the field at fall camp on Saturday and ran through drills with the Tigers’ receivers, showing off his arm for the first time since he transferred from Ohio State in May.

Here’s a look at some of Burrow’s throws, courtesy of Jacques Doucet of WAFB Channel 9 in Baton Rouge:

LSU coach Ed Orgeron hasn’t announced his starting quarterback, but Burrow is in the mix, along with fellow junior Justin McMillan, sophomores Myles Brennan and Andre Sale and true freshman Lowell Narcisse.

Brennan is the only quarterback among the group that had playing time for the Tigers last season. However, Burrow had limited action for Ohio State the past two seasons.

LSU went 9-4 in 2017, Orgeron’s first full year as coach, with quarterback Danny Etling leading the offense. With Etling gone, the Tigers will turn to a new quarterback this season.

Will that be Burrow, Brennan or one of the others? We’ll have a better idea as the competition continues throughout fall camp.
