WATCH: Tyrann Mathieu, other ex-SEC stars, donate Thanksgiving dinners to Houston families
It’s almost Thanksgiving, and NFL players know they have a lot to be thankful for. Therefore, many of them spend this week giving back to their communities.
This week, former LSU star Tyrann Mathieu, now a member of the Houston Texans, led a group of his teammates in donating 200 turkey dinners to Houston families.
As you can see below, Mathieu had help from former Alabama DB Kareem Jackson, ex-South Carolina DB Johnathan Joseph and other teammates. He also donated more money to give an extra 120 dinners:

The Honey Badger has been an influential member of his community everywhere he’s been. From Arizona to Houston, he truly seems to enjoy giving back.
This was a classy gesture by the Texans, and it will help make the holidays a little more merry for 320 families.
