Mississippi State will play in front of a national audience once again.

The No. 16 Bulldogs will face Louisiana at 7:30 p.m. ET Saturday on ESPN2, a change from the team’s original schedule. The game was slated for the SEC Network Alternate Channel, but it was shifted to ESPN2 amid an adjustment to another game due to Hurricane Florence.

If you are wondering why this has changed, Georgia’s home game against MTSU was originally slated to be broadcast on ESPN2 during the timeslot but that game has been moved to a Noon kickoff.

Last week, Mississippi State picked up a dominant road win at Kansas State in a game televised on ESPN. Joe Moorhead’s Bulldogs (2-0) can add another non-conference win to their resume against Louisiana (1-0) before taking on five straight SEC opponents.
